Our Nursing and Related Health Professionals Requirements

  • Verified current professional license

  • Documents establishing identity and work authorization

  • Minimum of 2 years current clinical experience

  • Comprehensive specialty screening assessment

  • Completed clinical skills proficiency checklist

  • Current CPR for the Health Care Provider

  • Current physical exam or general statement of good health with no work restrictions

  • Negative PPD within last 12 months or clear chest x-ray

  • Proof of Hepatitis B immunity or signed declination

  • National background screenings

  • Two professional references
